Bailey is a Paris-based photographer specializing in documentary wedding and family photography. Working across digital and film formats Bailey offers a hybrid experience, creating work that feels authentic, tangible, and intentionl, preserving genuine moments as they unfold.
Bailey is originally from Oromocto, New Brunswick, Canada, and studied at the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design. Her education provided a strong foundation in conceptual development, material exploration, and disciplined studio practice, shaping a thoughtful and intentional approach to image-making. Rooted in both technical skill and creative inquiry, her background continues to inspire her work as a photographer today.
Bailey moved to France in search of adventure and a new perspective, first arriving in Paris as an au pair. What was meant to be a temporary experience quickly turned into something more lasting. Bailey later worked as an English preschool teacher in the private sector, building close relationships with families and fully immersing herself in daily life in Paris. The experience shaped her sense of independence, adaptability, and connection, qualities that continue to influence her approach to photography.
